WCS operates as a multi-vendor marketplace where independent sellers can create stores, list products, and sell directly to customers. WCS facilitates the platform but does not manufacture, own, or guarantee the products listed by sellers unless expressly stated.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed using the available payment methods.
  • Orders may be cancelled in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions and images.
  • Maintain product quality and availability.
  • Dispatch orders within the promised timeframe.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Honor valid returns and refunds according to their stated policies.

6. Reseller Network

WCS may allow registered resellers to promote products and earn commissions on successful sales. Commission structures, eligibility, and payment schedules may change without prior notice.

7. Social Media Promotions

WCS may promote selected products through social media platforms and marketing campaigns. Product inclusion in promotional campaigns is subject to internal marketing criteria and is not guaranteed for every listing.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund eligibility depends on the individual seller's policy unless otherwise specified by WCS. Customers should review the seller's return policy before purchasing.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • List counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products.
  • Attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
  • Copy or misuse website content without permission.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, website content, software, and branding associated with WCS remain the property of WCS or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

WCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, delays in delivery, third-party services, or seller actions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Account Suspension

WCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.

13. Changes to Terms

WCS may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
